Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 28, 2026
This policy explains how Blue Harbor FL LLC ("Blue Harbor", "we", "us") handles personal information on this website and in the mobile apps and online platforms we operate, including Offradar (together, the "Services"). We keep it short on purpose. Where an individual app needs to say more, its own notice in the app or its store listing applies in addition to this policy.
What we collect
- Information you give us: for example an email address when you create an account, contact us or sign up for updates, and any content you submit through a Service.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as device type, operating system, app version, language, approximate location derived from your IP address, crash reports and how you use the Service (screens viewed, features used).
- Information from app stores and payment providers: if you buy a subscription, the store (Apple or Google) processes the payment and tells us only whether the purchase is valid. We never see your card number.
How we use it
- To provide, secure and improve the Services and fix bugs.
- To respond to your messages and support requests.
- To understand aggregate usage so we can make better product decisions.
- To comply with the law and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers to run the Services, such as hosting, databases, analytics, crash reporting and email delivery. They process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or in connection with a merger or sale of the company.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as you have an account or as long as it is needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Server logs and crash reports are kept for a limited time.
Your choices and rights
- You can access, correct or delete your account data by contacting us, or from within the app where that option exists.
- You can turn off location and notification permissions in your device settings at any time.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland or California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing, to data portability and to complain to a supervisory authority. We honor these requests regardless of where you live.
International transfers
Blue Harbor is based in the United States. If you use the Services from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and in the countries where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the higher age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced in the relevant Service.
